As an agent of change and process disruptor, I have completed extensive training in areas such as psychology, goal setting, and process improvement. I am a lean practitioner and member of the Harvard Business School Alumni association.
As a distance runner, I know the value of never giving up. I believe in people empowerment and development to make today a little better than yesterday. I live by the mantra of: “Each day regardless of where you are in your journey of purpose, you’d better be Running!"
