Barrett Hopper's leadership journey began with chemistry—learning to observe carefully, challenge assumptions, experiment, analyze results and solve problems at their root. Those habits would eventually become the foundation of his approach to leadership and transformation.
Over the next three decades, the laboratory gave way to factory floors and global operations.
Barrett went on to lead manufacturing, supply chain and operational transformations across complex organizations—building teams, improving performance and turning strategy into measurable execution.
Along the way, one lesson remained constant: sustainable transformation isn't created by systems alone. It happens when strategy, disciplined execution and culture move together.
Progress Is Built. One Mile at a Time.
Whether transforming an operation, building a business, running a marathon or navigating a setback, meaningful progress rarely happens in one dramatic moment. It comes through clarity, purposeful action, learning, adaptation and the discipline to keep moving forward.
That belief connects everything Barrett does.
Beyond the Title
Milestones in Endurance
52 Marathons Completed
8 Boston Marathons
6 World Marathon Majors
High-Altitude Challenges
More than a finish-line count—three decades of consistency, preparation, setbacks, recovery and showing up for the next mile.
Qualifying for and returning to Boston reinforced a lesson that extends far beyond running: ambitious outcomes are built through disciplined preparation.
From Boston and New York to Chicago, London, Berlin and Sydney, running became a way to experience the world while continually pursuing the next challenge.
From Kilimanjaro to Pikes Peak, the mountains introduced a different kind of endurance—patience, preparation, adaptability and respect for the conditions.
Whether the opportunity is leadership, transformation, speaking, advisory or a strategic partnership, meaningful progress starts with a conversation.
